所以

想想成長的開心
想想努力的開心
想想收獲的開心


然後收起悲傷
再朝這些可以讓你開心的因子邁進
要怎麼做到不在乎閒言閒語
而專心做"好事"
這是有難度的　但也是一個成長的契機
